- Direct and Coordinate DWASA (Water ATM) projects, monitor, maintenance, support, documentation and supervise technical & operational aspects to ensure maximum output as per organization requirement.
- Coordination with supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
- Liaise with various bodies and individuals, including local authorities, government agencies, clients, contractors, residents, suppliers, technical experts and other consultants.
- Budgeting and estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site.
- Preparation and implementation of construction schedule as per targets set by Management.
- Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management.
- Inspects machine sampling and measuring devices to determine source of problem or if equipment is malfunctioning.
- Reviews sampling and operational reports to ensure that results are within limits of water quality standards.
- Conducts tests, such as pH and dissolved oxygen, to ascertain effluent levels.
- Take necessary action in case of excessive fluctuation in waterflow or major breakdown in equipment.
- Plan and execute maintenance activity to ensure ATM plants are kept safe and compliant in all aspects.
- Provide guidance to departments, coach, mentor & develop direct reports and manage a high performing team that delivers continuous improvement, added value and cost reductions.
- Establish strategy and best practices for team members to ensure achievement of overall business objectives.
- Review the use of technological systems that support a more environmentally friendly approach.
- Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule.
- Receiving the required material from store, sending materials timely to plant location efficiently & ensuring proper utilization of materials.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Water Resources Engineering, Water Management, Chemistry, Microbiology, Chemical
- Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,University of Dhaka,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,BRAC University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements :
- 4 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Mineral Water, Beverage, Multinational Companies

- Age 30 to 35 years
- Must have good command in MS office, MS Excel & MS PowerPoint. E-mail communication.
