- Have to be a resourceful and creative problem solver.
- Excellent technical skills in AutoCAD 2D, Sketchup, Lumion, illustrator and Photoshop.
- Designs and produces sketch art and copy layouts for material to be presented by visual
- communications media, such as Corporate Brand Identity design, Billboard and corporate
- gift packaging design.
- Develops designs that are on strategy and Reflect Brand Guidelines.
- Prepares detailed 2D/ 3D models and drawings of architectural designs and plans for single and multifamily buildings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Must be punctual in discharging duties and responsibilities.
- Any other job assigned by Management.

- Diploma in Architecture, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
