- We are looking for an experienced and well skilled professional for the position of Manager (HR & Admin).
- Millennium Associates is looking for a dynamic HR professional who would ensure HR operation, ensure HR compliance, proper work systems to ensure effective HR service and develop positive work culture.
- Monitoring of HR, Administrative related policies, procedures and activities.
- Job analysis, manpower planning, recruitment, selection & appointment, preserving of personal file of employees.
- Conduct of recruiting, testing and interview program and exit interview.
- Prepare the Job Description (JD) of employees.
- Performance appraisal & evaluation, promotion & increment letter to employees.
- Monitoring of housekeeping, welfare, cleanliness, security, safety issues, health & hygiene activities.
- Follow-up control of attendance, leave & absenteeism of employees.
- Issue ID card of employees.
- Managing of employee relations, conflict resolution, counseling and grievance handling.
- Handle of legal, disciplinary matter, final settlement activities as per Labor Law-2006, 2013, 2018 and Labor Rules-2015.
- Ensure to update all NOC, licenses & certifications.
- Preparing the employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs during recruitment.
- Maintaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records
- Completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
- Looking after all types of local issues, Govt & non-Govt agencies.
- Any other tasks assigned by management time to time.
Educational Requirements :
- Masters degree in any discipline
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
- Preferred professional certification: PGD HRM will get preference.
- Preferred Professional Certification: Bachelor oBachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM MBA in HRM and PGDHRM will be af business
- Training/Trade Course: HR
- Skills Required: Administative, HRD
