Job Responsibilities :
  • Make a production plan and supervise strongly to implement that plan for ensure maximum productivity.
  • Closely monitor the process for ensure product quality as per standard.
  • Continuously monitor the team activities by obtaining effective feedback.
  • Ensure accomplishment of daily production target with quality.
  • Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly production report and analyze to wastage and cost minimize.
  • Ensure required arrangement before starting production as per production plan.
  • Analyzing all facts of production and prepare recommendation for improvement.
  • To ensure maximum production as per production plan with minimum wastage.
  • To ensure productivity by using maximum capacity of machine with minimum manpower.
  • Strong knowledge on cable Drawing machine (Niehoff), 61 bobbin stranding machine (Sarvasv), Extruder machine (Supermac), Laying machine, 71 bobbin armoring machine, Braiding machine etc.
Educational Requirements :
  • B.Sc in EEE/ B.Sc in ME / B.Sc in IPE from any reputed university (Public university candidate will get preference).
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • At least 7 years’ of experience in a reputed cable manufacturing industry.
  • The applicant should have experience in production management & Production planning.
  • Excellent teamwork capability
  • self-motivated
  • Quick learner.
  • Able to work under stress and multitasking capable.
  • Leadership capabilities.
  • Able to work with teams from different locations and time zones.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power point.) and email writing.
  • Should have sound knowledge in AutoCAD.
  • Good communication skill both oral and written in English.
