Job Responsibilities :
  • Have to handle all the VAT, Tax & AIT-related works of the company.
  • Maintaining all Musak, VAT Book, VAT Current Accounts & Other VAT papers.
  • Ensure proper compliance with VAT & Tax laws within the company, also ensure proper compliance and keep updated with the changes brought in finance act to ensure its proper implementation in the business procedure, wherever applicable.
  • Keep all the VAT registers updated, issue VAT Chalan and maintain the records, registers & documents conforming to VAT & Tax laws in a timely manner.
  • Check documents, prepare & submit VAT Return and ensure its submission to relevant authorities with due diligence.
  • Handle VAT Audit conducted by NBR, AG, and other Government Authorities.
  • Keep liaison with VAT office and Government regulatory bodies and coordinate VAT activities.
  • To keep active liaison with relevant offices and agencies.
  • To ensure and complete all works for tax in accordance with the accounts department so that tax files are submitted duly.
  • Ensure submission of Income Tax & VAT returns in due time along with the required documents.
  • Organizing and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, and annual general meetings (AGMs).
  • Any other tasks assigned by management as and when required.
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
  • Preferred Professional Certification: CA, ACCA, ICMA, ICAB
Experience Requirements :
  • 4 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance/ Accounts, Govt. Affairs, VAT and Tax
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Candidates should have working experience as a Manager (Vat, Tax & AIT) or similar post in any reputed organization.
  • He should have good command over English language and computer operations including MS Office together with a good typing speed.
  • He should be Smart, Hardworking, Proactive, and Self-responsible with the ability to work under pressure.
