Job Responsibilities :
  • Technical Lead (Access to Finance):
  • Provide SMEs financial support as per proposed activities
  • Provide necessary documents to SMEs to maintain profit and loss statements, and balance sheets
  • Assist in maintaining Bank and bkash/mobile money transaction statements, Customer receipts, and Schedule of fixed assets of the business.
  • Determine the type of financing for the SMEs amongst equity, simple debt, equipment finance/lease, revenue/profit share (Shariah-compliant) or convertible debt.
  • # Technical Lead (Access to Market):
  • Provide SMEs access to market business support as per proposed activities
  • Digital Media & E-Commerce Collateral Development through Audit of existing media presence (online, social media)
  • Update Facebook page, assist in boosting pages.
  • Assist to design and run social media and SEO campaigns.
  • Assist in making comprehensive marketing plan for individual SMEs.
  • # Technical Lead (Productivity Improvement-Light Engineering/Leather Goods):
  • Provide SMEs production process development and productivity improvement support
  • Develops processes to ensure productivity improvement processes become fundamental business processes
  • Find out the limitations and barriers in productivity improvement in the SMEs
  • Develop the system to overcome the limitations and barriers in productivity improvement
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Industrial Production Engineering
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, MS Office, Project Management
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 27 to 40 years
