- Manage and monitor all solar project installations of the company from inception till completion and during operation.
- Assess potential solar installation sites to determine feasibility and design requirements.
- Plan and coordinate photovoltaic (PV) solar system installations depending on requirements. Estimate materials, equipment, and personnel needed for solar plant installation and operation.
- Monitor daily energy production and take necessary measures to get optimum production.
- Prepare a maintenance schedule and ensure implementation accordingly. Monitor quality and performance of the solar systems and execute needed amendments to increase efficiency.
- Supervise solar installers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor the work of contractors and subcontractors to ensure projects conform to plans, specifications, schedules, or budgets.
- Identify means to reduce costs and minimize risks that make solar projects durable and cost-effective.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelors/ Masters in Electrical Engineering or Renewable energy from reputed University
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 3 - 4 years in installation and maintenance of large solar projects
- Extensive knowledge of PV equipment and installation
- Extensive knowledge of electrical wiring and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to travel remote areas of the country and if required, stay there during project execution or maintenance.
- Good communication skills
