- Telemarketing: phone call to potential customers and categorize them.
- Lead management through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Writing document Microsoft office (English & Bangla).
- Any other assignment given by management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- BBA / Honours / Graduate from any discipline.
- (NSU, IUB, AIUB, BRAC, DU, East-West University - All these varsity students will be given higher priority)
- Skills Required: Computer Operating,Computer skill,Customer Support/ Client Service,Front Desk,Marketing,Sales & Marketing
Experience Requirements :
- At least 1 year(s)
