We (BITOPI GROUP) are looking to get application from some young, energetic, enthusiastic people to work with our Payroll Team. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have details knowledge on operating KORMEE, happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette. (NO NEED TO APPLY WHO DOESN`T HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE ON KORMEE)
- Assist to prepare manpower planning & Advertisement for recruitment, sourcing manpower through AD. / PA System / Banner etc.
- Maintain daily attendance record & leave account in accordance of company policy.
- Monitor absenteeism, labor turnover, complaint and grievances, update HRIS on regular Basis.
- Maintain HRIS & Data base in KORMEE Software (Attendance, Leave Management, Wages & Salary preparation).
- Handling Compensation & Benefits.
- Prepare monthly payroll budget, reconciliation.
- Resolve queries related to payroll quickly and effectively.
- Prepare prompt and accurate final settlement for separated employees.
- Prepare & analyze reports accurately as per requirements.
- Communicating with factories regarding attendance, salary sheet and any other issues of payroll
- Maintaining Provident Fund day to day Operation & Accounts Properly.
- Any other duties assigned by the authority.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Graduate from any reputed University (MBA/ PGD on HR will get preference)
- Skills Required: Kormee
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Attendance, Communication, Compensation Benefits Attendance Leave Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Kormee, Payroll Processing
Additional Requirements :
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Should have experience on operating payroll by using KORMEE
- Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law & BEPZA Rules
- Good oral and written communication in English & Bangla
- Ms. Office / Excel Proficiency is must.
- Attention to detail & accuracy, willing to work under pressure
