Alchemy Software Limited, one of the emerging software & solutions provider in Bangladesh is currently looking for few motivated and results-driven Management Trainee Officer to join our fast-growing team.
- Collect customer's software requirement and convert to software design
- Meet customer and provide presentation on software product as per their need
- Complete proper documentation so that project can be delivered successfully
- Provide training as per the instructions of various group of people
- Provide support as per the instructions of various group of people
- Do various types of research & development work
- Must follow official rules, policy, ethics and norms and complete own work following 100% of provided guideline and keep proper documentary record for performance reporting
- Performing such other duties and responsibilities whenever assigned by Superior authority time to time
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Bachelor degree in commerce background from any reputed institution will be highly preferable
- A person continuing regular study are requested not to apply
Experience Requirements :
- At least 2 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/ Client Service, Requirement Analysis, Research and Development, Training and Development
Additional Requirements :
- Basic knowledge in ms word, excel is highly preferable
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Smart (both in appearance and attitude), Energetic, Proactive, well-mannered person are highly preferred
- Good communication, negotiation and convincing skills
- Ability to work under pressure
