Executive/ Senior Executive (Field Training) is expected and shall be obliged to unshoulder all the relevant activities/jobs and responsibilities within his jurisdiction and beyond as may be required at times and accountable for his performance. Have knowledge on Training and Development, Presentation Skills and Freehand content writing skills on English.
- Assesses training and development needs through TNA and communication with Divisional Managers.
- Develops training module to fulfill Sales Teams specific needs to maintain or improve job skills.
- Presents training and development programs using various methods including group discussion, lecture and videos.
- Creates and/ or maintain training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Ensure all training materials are consistent, up-to-date and satisfying goals and objectives.
- Maintains records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.
- Evaluates training program effectiveness through pre-post training assessments and feedback.
- Prepares and implements training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.
- Develop collaborative partnerships with Sales Team colleagues.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Skills Required: Bangla typing, Communication, Computer skill, Content writing, Good at english communication, Presentation Sklls, Training & Development
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements :
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have in depth understanding of sales and marketing activities
- Fluent in presentation
- Must have the ability to have live discussion in front of at least 50 participants withholding their attention for 3 hours and answering each and every question with technique
- Must have skill in Bangla and English typing, using Bijoy Bangla keyboard and Unicode.
- Must have skills in translation from English to Bangla and Bangla to English.
- Must have experience in power point.
