Job Responsibilities :

  • Receiving customer complaints and forwarding the complaint to concern dept.
  • Listening and understanding of customers complaint and have to provide suitable solutions to customers.
  • To follow up after sales service related email and replying the email from shippers.
  • Reporting day to day activities to the concern authority.
  • To provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer.
Educational Requirements :
  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience Requirements :

  • Age 25 to 30 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • Must in good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
  • Must have to good communication skill on Bangla and English with proper accent.
  • Good interpersonal, analytical skill, problem solving, leadership skill as well as organizational skills.
  • Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, energetic and result oriented.
