• The Teacher must teach the lessons properly to the students.
• He/She should organize class timings and course planning.
• He/She should make sure students are attending the classes attentively.
• He/She has to make sure students are completing their home works appropriately.
• He/She has to keep the students engaged with educational or extra curriculum activities.
• He/She should perform a great role in developing the lives of the students.

• The teachers must have completed honours/masters in the subjects from Science, Commerce or Arts Background.
• The Teachers must be Fluent in English and Bangla both.
