Job Responsibilities :
  • Introduce & implement HR policy and procedures.
  • Review hierarchy & pay scale and update as per need of business.
  • Lead and oversee the overall HR & Admin functions in the organization.
  • Monitor the overall leave administration & management.
  • Update & preserve the different policies and make /explain guidelines/instruction to practice/maintain these policies.
  • Any other task assigned by Top management from time to time.
Educational Requirements :
  • Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 7 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Computer skill, General HR, Recruitment & Selection, SOP
