Worker motivation, process all type of employee assessment like probationary assessment, yearly assessment, assessment for promotion etc. Conduct periodic Performance Appraisal
To aware the employees regarding health and safety issues.
To maintain all kinds of legal license.
Collect regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility, ethical trading etc.
To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
To find out the non-compliance issues by the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
To take necessary initiative to remedy of all non-compliance findings consecutively
To maintain a relationship with worker between management to avoid any grievance
To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement
To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
To face audit like Social audit (WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, C-TPAT), 1st party and energy & recycled audits (GOTS, OCS, GRS, OEKOTEX, STeP etc) for different kinds of buyers
To monitor daily workers safety issue about health & safety, Accident & rout case analysis
To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively
To assist & report to Asst. Manager/ Manager/Head of Dept. (HR/Compliance) and Corporate Head office (Admin, HR & Compliance) accordingly
To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issue), make up to date the registers
To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace
Any other task assigned by higher authority as and when required
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor or Hon's Degree. MBA in HRM will get preference.
Candidates having Diploma in Social Compliance from any reputed institute will be given priority.
Experience Requirements :
5 to 7 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality
Proficient in MS Office Package
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
Good inter-personal & communication skills
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Compliance.
Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006, Amendment act -2013, 2018 and Srom Bidhimala is must.
