Job Responsibilities :
  • Ensuring smooth functioning of daily banking operations of branches situated in Chattogram region.
  • Develop business plan and strategy for each Branch of Chattogram region in accordance with Head Office strategy to achieve individual branch targets.
  • Planning and directing Branch Managers for acquiring new businesses and recovery.
  • Being focal point and responsible for Branch performance of Chattogram region of the Bank.
Educational Requirements :
  • Post-graduation degree from reputed university with no third division/class in any academic result.
  • Applicant having break of service need not to apply.
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Age must not be over 55 years as on May 31, 2022.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Minimum 8 years’ managerial experience in any Bank including 18 years overall banking experience with proven track record. Experience as Regional Head will be given preference.
  • The candidates must have exposure and experience in Branch Management, Banking Operations and Business development in Chattogram region.
  • Strong knowledge of Branch Operations, General Banking, Lending Operations & Credit Management and Foreign Trade Operations is required.
  • Strong leadership qualities for coaching, mentoring and managing people.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal relationship.
