Job Responsibilities :
  • To ensure progress of the Interior works as per schedule.
  • To maintain project cost by monitoring monthly actual expenditure with actual works done.
  • To ensure that all logistics supports i.e. materials including in-house supplies, detailing are available on demand at site so that project work flow will not be interrupted.
  • To prepare interior progress report and submit to concerned authority on time.
  • To check bills of the contractors and coordinate with Accounts & Finance Department to ensure payment accordingly.
  • To ensure safety & security of man and materials, equipment and other assets of the company allotted for the project.
  • To submit the requisition with proper product specifications by analyzing inventory.
  • To manage Civil Construction Project in rural area.
  • To cost estimate/ prepare BOQ/tender costing preparation.
  • 5 years experience must be in interior and furniture preferable.
Educational Requirements :
  • B.Sc (B.Sc- Candidate is Preferable)
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 30 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • The incumbent must be a very good planner.
  • Ability to work under any circumstances.
  • Ability to speak in English fluently.
