- Prepare & maintain company accounts, cash and bank transaction, receipt and payment statement, cash and fund flow statement, sales records, financial statements/reports as well as analyses accordingly.
- Ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax-related requirements.
- Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, invoices and other accounting documents.
- Reconciliation of banks and other related accounts.
- Record keeping and time to time reporting to management.
- Knowledge about Import through Opening L/C, fixing payment, shipment mode and preparing documentation accordingly.
- Follow up day-to-day general administration that includes daily attendance, leave and safety etc.
- To arrange, conduct & process recruitment & selection according to company policy and ensure fair recruitment.
- Prepare attendance report in coordination with IT dept., offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, office notice and other letters as required.
- Any other responsibility is given by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
- MBA will get preference.
Experience Requirements :
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts, HR and Admin
