- Principal Accountabilities:
- To prepare product wise appropriate marketing plan and strategy, budget and P&L statement with meeting the turn over, gross margin and of the portfolio, product pricing policy guideline for customer etc.
- To prepare and up-date the costing of all products with the price change of raw and packing materials, promotional materials. Prepare promotional plan with budget and necessary execution of activities.
- Create sales network/channel/customer as per product line of company along with design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company`s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Sales target setting along with ensure day to day sales, target achievement, distribution, inventory management, collection aligning with concern department.
- General responsibilities: Lead sales and marketing team
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Day to day reporting as per company requirement
- Perform any other job as assigned by the Superior as and when required for the business purpose.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)
- Bachelor Degree Subject of Business/ Agriculture/ Marketing/ Management/ Economics Etc.
Experience Requirements :
