- To deal the Corporate Advisory related activities of EBL Investments Ltd.
- To book new clients for IPO, RPO, Bonds, Rights Issue, Preference Share Issue etc.
- To prepare the Information Memorandum (IM)/ prospectus, and other related regulatory documents related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raising issues.
- To execute the activities related to Corporate Advisory, IPO, RPO, Rights Issue and other capital raisings.
- To conduct client specific industry research, required valuation and structured activities related to the issue etc.
Educational Requirements :
- BBA/MBA/Masters from reputed University
- Applicant(s) must be a CFA Charterholder
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Minimum 7 (Seven) years relevant work experience in related fields, with at least 2 (Two) years as the Head of Corporate Advisory/Syndication & Structured Finance
