The position shall primarily be responsible for handling sale of Apartments and Commercial Spaces of the company and leading the sales & credit realization team.
The applicant must have verifiable accomplishments in strategic planning, implementing and improving the sales status of an organization.
The applicant will make Sales and Marketing plan for the sales team and set sales target for each team/members. As per plan, he should be able to monitor, give guidelines and drive the team members in achieving the sales target within the time.
The applicant must be able to assess and resolve the difficulties and challenges for various sales and must have great communication & negotiation skill for successful closing of deals.
The applicant must be able to rightly identify & assess target markets for various salable real estate properties and efficiently train and direct the teams to address the respective market with appropriate approach.
The applicant needs to supervise and monitor the progress of collection process and take actions as and when necessary for increase efficiency and speed of collection.
The applicant should advise on effective promotional plans and programs of various ABC products and services as well as the organizational brand.
The applicant must operate, strategize and set goals in adherence to ABC’s policy, principles and culture.
CMO should suggest the Management for improvement or adoption of Sales & Marketing strategies, schemes & programs for ABC products. He/she must also responsibly drive the effective implementation of those followed by an evaluation plan.
CMO will be in a leadership role to steer the marketing and sales team, guide them for best utilization of their strengths and remain aware of the professional and personal issues that affect performance.
CMO should be able to keep up the energy, dynamism, innovation and integrity in all the functional departments of Sales and Marketing.
CMO must be intelligent, mindful and conscious about maintaining a highly functional, cooperative and amiable relationship and interaction with all other departments, the senior management and the Directors in order to keep up a healthily productive and professional environment in the organization and for achieving organizational goals as a team.
Educational Requirements :
MBA / BBA / Post Graduate degree in business studies / commerce from any front-line reputed university.
Any professional training from reputed & certified facility shall be given preference
Experience Requirements :
At least 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements :
Age at most 55 years
Experience in the leading companies of Real Estate Sector will be given high preference
The applicants should have thorough knowledge and experience in Product Sales, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Corporate/Group Sales, Home Loan and Credit Recovery Management in Real Estate sector.
The applicant should be conversant with the marketing communication and digital marketing practices in the Real Estate sector.
The applicant must have experience of working closely with the Directors or members of the Owner-Management.
Experience in managing sales of Modern Gated Community Complex or large-scale residential projects will be given preference.
The candidate should be intelligent, presentable, well-spoken and a team player
Must have fluency in verbal and written communication in both Bengali & English
Must be proficient in using all Application Software that are required for business management and communication
Skilled in negotiation and building inter-personal relationship
Able to build and maintain a wide range of social and professional network
Should have the attitude to work in a challenged and pressured environment.
