We are looking for young, energetic, target oriented, self motivated and proactive person to employ as Manager (Apartment) who has the experience in achieving the sales target in REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY. The candidate must have at least 5 to 6 years proven experience of sales & marketing (REAL ESTATE PREFERRED).

Job Responsibilities :
  • Sale of Apartments/Commercial Spaces (achieve Target) .
  • Maintain good relationship with existing clients.
  • Strong sales closing capability.
  • Expected to be target oriented and ensure the achievement on time.
  • Manage e-Marketing campaign
  • Manage partners such as AD agencies and various production companies
  • Supervise brand content
  • Develops and maintain the potential client's database and ensure proper documentation of accounts activities
  • Submit daily sales activity report to the Concerned Authority.
Educational Requirements :
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements :
  • 5 to 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real estate companies, Sales & Marketing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Requirements :
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
