Confidence Mag Board Limited is looking for some dynamic & passionate candidates as Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Corporate Sales for its field sales team. The candidate will contribute to the company by generating new business from Government Sector. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and buildup strong relationships with customers.
Achieve individual and team's sales and revenue target monthly and yearly
Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
Visit the customers daily, do the site survey, meeting and understand their requirements
Prepare and participate in the Govt. tenders and maintain good relationship
Frequently visit the Architects to build brand image and incorporate products specifications
Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit & market-share objectives of the company and deliver annually and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans
Received customer's complaints and ensure service delivery.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master degree will be preferred.
Experience Requirements :
At least 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
The applicants should have 6 years' experience in Corporate Sales (minimum 3 years in PWD Sales)
Good Liaison and Communication Skill with Govt. officials.
Good English communication skill.
MS Office Applications.
Compensation & Other Benefits :
T/A (or, transport facility will be provided), & D/A, Mobile bill
Salary Review: Yearly
Festival Bonus: 50% on gross salary 2 times per year (After 6 months provisional period)
Sales Incentive will be based on performance
