- Should have comprehensive knowledge of quality production and maintenance.
- Managing production department and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
- To ensure the delivery of the products within the scheduled time frame through a proper production plan.
- Achieve production target as per production plan to meet the deadline
- Responsible for enhancing workers' performance and skills
- Stay up to date with the latest production management best practices and concepts
- Coordinate all departments for smooth operations with order forecasting
- Ensuring that company policies and procedures are followed
- To control production floor administration.
- Reduce and minimize defect rates to achieve production quantities.
- Prepare production schedule in collaboration with the Planning department.
- Ability to handle production process efficiently with planning with optimum quality.
- Train the Line supervisors to identify where potential problems may occur and prevent these from happening and increase production.
- Manage the effective utilization of fabric & accessories without wastage.
- Must have experience with Men's wear & Ladies wear styles.
- Should have sound knowledge of production quality in order to run a cohesive operation with quality department.
- Regular reporting of production status to the management to strategize future plans.
- Good knowledge of Floor compliance.
- Any other task assigned by the Management
