Handling disciplinary & grievance issues of the organization as per law.
Managing events, arranging corporate tours, launching new offices.
Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the Unit.
Ensure proper maintenance of all company vehicles and monitor all mode of transportation.
Closely monitor and ensure proper security system throughout the organization.
Assist Management for effective execution of administrative functions of the office
Able to develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of Admin
Communicate with the concerns for their needs in respect of administration and security
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Skills Required: Excellent communication and presentation skills, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Team Leadership
Experience Requirements :
4 to 7 year(s)
