- Determining capacity of operators and planning for improvement.
- Preparing Operation Breakdown/ Layout & calculate Man Vs Machinery ratio.
- Monitoring the work floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
- Responsible for analyzing the workers performance.
- Update skill inventory of workers on regular basis.
- Production Break Down, SMV calculation and Cycle Checking on regular basis.
- Responsible for Efficiency calculation, capacity assessment & analysis.
- Finalize manpower budget & production target focus to Management.
- Train workers with easy & standard methods to develop skilled workforce.
- Prepare & analyze daily line, floor, section wise production, quality, efficiency report in regular basis.
- Update daily production status to Management.
Educational Requirements :
- B.Sc/ M.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering
Experience Requirements :

- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Floor/Line Management, Work Study, Planning.
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments (Woven).
- Should be dynamic and have good personality.
- Must be very organized and systematic
- Must be honest, dedicated and hard working
- Good intellect and have sound sense of purpose.
- Those who are experience in garments sector only they can apply.
- Must have mentality to work in stress & long hours.
