Job Location: EPZ, Chittagong
- Should be able to formulate the standards of Quality, and also formulate Quality SOPs in the factory.
- Important to developed the quality system instead of just policing job.
- Responsible for overall quality KPIs of the finishing section.
- Effectively interact with merchandising team and keep records all the instructions from merchandising team.
- Co-ordinate between production management team Compliance, Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved.
- Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc.
- Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.
- Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
- To conduct a pre-production meeting.
- Doing In-line inspection to check the quality.
- Follow up Pre- Final inspection.
- Time to time other duties assigned by management.

- The applicants must have experience in the following area(s): Garments
- Age 30 to 35 year(s)
- Should have basic communications skills in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
- Should be proficient in the use of the computer, especially MS Word, Excel.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven ability to manage a team.
- Should be proactive as well as reactive and able to work in a pressured environment and set target.
