We are looking for a dynamic person (both-Male/Female) who has knowledge on both Air & Sea Freight, Shipping, Digital Marketing, Door to Door Shipping & who can play role in business expansion by implementing marketing strategies & hunting new target customer in the pipeline to increase the business volume.
Identify potential customers by visiting market every day, gather regular information of the overall local market, identifying target customer/client & its requirements towards potential volume enhancement.
Sales support with aggressive attitude and capable of identifying target markets with commercial negotiation skills.
Strong sales insight to innovative and charismatic leadership personality to inspire & boost up the sales volume by adding new client/importer.
Know marketing strategies with strong mindset, flexible to work within a team.
Ensure profitable growth of the business by achieving Periodic Targets.
Having comprehensive knowledge on: Shipping documents related to Import.
Identify and develop new customer base and business opportunities.
Accelerating import volumes play a dynamic role in Business Development.
Daily Market Visit & reporting to Marketing & Sales Department (Reporting Supervisor).
Manage Key Clients, follow up and development by providing updates about client's goods as required.
Develop strong business relationship with key customer/clients.
Welcome all clients, visitors, guests and employees into the front office in a professional manner and maintain records related to Front Desk Operation.
Must be able to maintain a co-operative relationship with old clients and develop new customers through professional caliber.
Check the hygiene and environment of the office & ensure proper discipline & cleanliness all times.
Receive phone calls, messages, documents, and queries and passing them to the proper channel/ persons and keeping records.
Plan and execute marketing campaign as per company needs.
Active cooperation in sales support to increase volume by implementing marketing strategies.
Any other task assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Completed Bachelors/Graduation in any discipline from Public/Top Private University
Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, Sales & Marketing, Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
