Sourcing of Suppliers, Manufactures and Buyers of different Products/Item from Internationally.
Sourcing rate/quotation & collect sample from Suppliers, Manufactures.
Prepare all documents for Bids/Tenders and successfully submit tenders (Offline & Online).
Provide support to management during the pre-tender process starting from evaluating, assessing tenders, assessing risk factors to arrive at bid decisions, and estimating all the required materials, equipment's needs to be able to arrive at reliable cost estimates for bidding.
Overall Tender preparation & Sourcing work.
Ability to search and find Tenders & Projects/Opportunities in Government organization through E-GP Portal, BD-Tender or All-Tender etc.
Monitor the tender submission process (tender documents purchase, Pre-bid, Pre-bid amendment Tender submission date etc.) in the any selected tender.
Ability to Read quickly, understands thoroughly the tender/ Bid conditions (Technical & Commercial) submission requirements, prepare project/ Tender summary presentations for Management discussions and Go/No Go decision making.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
