- Managing overall operations and is responsible for the effective successful process improvement.
- Developing operations systems by determining product handling, inventory management and equipment utilization.
- Facilitating Lean & Process improvement training across the company to embed a Lean philosophy.
- Analyzing problematic situations and provide solutions to ensure company growth.
- Accomplishing job target and mission by completing related results as needed.
- Analyzing process workflow, employee space requirements, equipment layout and driving changes.
Educational Requirements :
- Diploma in Engineering
- Training/Trade Course: LEAN Six Sigma Yellow Belt
- Skills Required: Analytical ability, Problem solving and decision making, process management, Quality Management System
Experience Requirements :
- 12 to 16 year(s)
