- Button Costing & Analyses.
- Implement and maintain the standard operation Procedure.
- Implement and maintain the key performance indicators. (KPI)
- Over time planning (Productivity, Loss time, WIP and etc).
- Monthly Performance Presentation.
- Control the Recruitment's.
- Work Measurement: SMV Calculation, Efficiency Calculation
- Have a deep understanding of button mold structure, understand the operation of lathes, grinders, and hydraulic presses.
- Understand the stamping shop operation process.
- Honest, dedicated, hard-working spirit. Obey the work schedule.
- Must have basic idea about computer.
- Have a deep understanding of the installation of copper strip slitting cutter machine.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor of Arts (BA)
- Bachelor Of Science (BSc)
