BROS Ingredients Limited is a leading distributor of Specialty Chemicals in Bangladesh. Seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Professional who will be responsible for import, logistics, commercial documentation, Booking, etc. as per the requirement of the Company.
- Maintain proper liaison with concerned agencies, trade bodies, banks, shipping line, C&F agents, transport
- agents, insurance companies, Customs, VAT department, etc.
- Responsible to manage all (e.g., issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment/correction, shipment, negotiation, payment realization, release etc.)
- Ensure preparing and renewal all kind of Company Certificates from government authorities.
- Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCP- 600, Incoterms, HS Code, and Inco terms etc.
- Cost to the procurement/landed cost calculate, represent agenda for procurement committee meeting for decision.
- Ensure Collecting all documents on time & submitting import documents to forwarding agent, buyers or Bank.
- Follow up payment and report to management, if found any delay payment, Push to buyer release.
- Closely follow up all commercial process execute in timely and cost effectively.
- Perform any other duties of department as and when needed.
Educational Requirements :
- Master’s degree in any discipline; PGD in Supply Chain preferable.
- Candidates must have 1st Class/ division in all academic examinations with GPA at least 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC and at least 3.00 out of 4.00 in graduation (Hons) and master’s degree.

- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent communication skills - using language with precision, easily presenting arguments and synthesizing reports. Fluent in English. Strong analytical and organizational skills, highly systematic personality
- Computer skills experience Mid to High on MS Office & Excel, power point, Microsoft 365.
