Quality Control specialist with garment trading experience. Knowledge of reviewing samples, carrying out the quality inspection activities (trial run, inline, pre-final & final), completing the inspection report, and maintaining the report documentation system.
Technical knowledge in reviewing the sample and pattern.
Prepare the inspection schedule.
Carry out the quality inspection activities, complete the inspection report and maintain the report documentation system.
Communicate with superior, Corporate Quality Team, Cross-functional teams, and factory.
Foresee the potential problems and communicate with the factory by providing the solutions to rectify them in an early stage;
To ensure the factory production process is in line with the requirements of production orders.
Educational Requirements :
Diploma in Engineering
Skills Required: Apparel Manufacturing Process, Computer skill, Good English communication skills (verbal and Written), QC & Compliance, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
Experience Requirements :
At least 7 year(s)

At least 7 years of practical quality assurance & inspection experience in all kinds of apparel.
In-depth technical knowledge in CUT & SEWN KNIT, SWEATER, and WOVEN products from sample approval, incoming material to finished goods.
Solid QC experience in garment manufacturing and trading company is A MUST.
Daily travel to the vendor production site
