- Analyze the factory vacancy status and initiate for recruitment to fulfill the vacancy;
- Maintain recruitment and selection, placement of Top Management/Management Staff /Non Management Staff for factory;
- Prepare and Update JD as per requirement;
- Ensure that staff's personal files with all related documents are processed, maintained and updated timely;
- Grievance handling as per labor law;
- Conduct exit interview and compile the findings;
- LTO/Absenteeism analysis & reporting;
- Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Educational Requirements :
- Graduation/Post Graduation in HRM from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
- 3 to 7 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Excellent operating skills over MS Office, Floor Management, Grievance Handling, Human Resources, Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile

- Age at least 25 years
