Job Responsibilities :
  • Direct and supervise team effectively to minimize downtime of machines in production department.
  • Co-ordinate process improvement efforts with plant leadership.
  • Work with all departments within the facility to assure that inventory, budget, and Plant financial goals and objectives are accomplished.
  • Co-ordinate with all department heads and all dedicated teams for facing different regulatory audits.
  • Manage the finances of the engineering function, analyzes financial information, prepares and manages operating and capital budgets, and monitors revenues and expenditures to contain costs.
  • Establish engineering networks with other facilities and concerns for new product implementation.
  • Establish systems to document and maintain process validation and drawing compliance.
  • Direct and control day to day operations of engineering dept.
  • Prepare engineering design, drawing, planning, estimation, sourcing, cost analysis of all engineering projects.
  • Monitor repair, installation and commissioning of machineries and equipment.
  • Insure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP and ISO), safety policies, and good housekeeping and that safety and hazard practices are understood and followed.
  • Work to assure Quality Assurance requirements and regulatory compliance are maintained.
Educational Requirements :
  • M.Sc/ B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical and Electronics Engineering
Experience Requirements :
  • 12 to 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
  • 12-15 years in reputed Pharmaceuticals Company
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) are required
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • A high level of computer literacy (Office Suite) and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact well with all stakeholders and work independently on assigned tasks
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
