Job Responsibilities :
  • Analyze the requirements comprehensively and ensure that the requirements are commonly understood by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute in designing the system architecture supported with flow-charts and SOPs.
  • Develop Business Applications software / according to proper design and architecture.
  • Analyze the change requests and identify the detailed technical requirements.
  • Ensure that the change requests and the implementation issues are properly understood by the people concerned.
  • Prepare detailed plan for change initiatives and execute in time with expected quality.
  • Ensure that projects are appropriately planned and executed as per plan.
  • Work for multiple projects at a time to ensure continuous competency developments.
  • Continuously explore new technologies to upgrade existing products and apply the latest technologies for new products.
  • Maintain standard documentation for each development to ensure that the development process can be shared in a secure manner.
  • Follow the established project management guidelines of Renessa for planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluations of projects.
  • Mentor and develop the reporting team members to improve their competencies for better performance and career progression
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Skills Required: .Net Core, angular 8, MS SQL Server
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 45 years
