- Conduct inspection (Fabric, Inline and Final, whenever applicable) according to the customers' requirement and Prepare inspection report to report inspection findings.
- Review and ensure the materials required for inspection are intact inside QC folder. (PO sheet, Tech pack, approved sample, approved layout, fabric, and raw material approve std etc.)
- Report up-to-date production lines status.
- Monitor factories process improvement on production and quality.
- Suggest and communicate with factory to resolve production and quality related issues on-site.
- Observe evidence of breaches of customer product safety and quality manual (customer manual, GOTS, OCS, OEKO-TEX, EU regulation law, AQL standard, Children product safety std etc.)
- Educate & guide factory peoples to execute the appropriate SOP.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Skills Required: Good comunication skill,Interpersonal Skills
Experience Requirements :
- 5 to 10 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
QA, QC
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
