Anandalok Trust is looking for a dynamic District Coordinator for its Future-oriented and high-quality education in disaster-prone areas of Bangladesh Project supported by Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) & NETZ Bangladesh. The District Coordinator will be responsible for programme implementation and execution; managing and monitoring programme staff; designing and conducting trainings, workshops; programme documentation and reporting; coordinating monthly action plans and team meetings; communicating with authorities; local advocacy responsibilities; crisis management as needed. He/ She will also be responsible to lead the project, guide project staff of Trust, communication and coordination with civil society members, community and GO, NGOs representative for a better implementation aspect.
Job Nature: Full-time; Direct reportable to Programme Manager.
Ensure smooth implementation of all activities of the project as per plan.
Provide orientation and guidance of the project's staff members for better implementation of project activities
Generate new and innovative ideas for effective implementation of project activities
Facilitate training session on different issues for various stakeholders' groups
Day to day monitor of project activities and share assessment and report to Technical Coordinator/ Programme Manager
Preparation of narrative and others report as per needs of AT as well as back donor
Prepare the budget according to activity plan and keep all the expenses within the approved budget limit.
Cooperate the accounts department to prepare organizational annual budget as well as different programme/project budget.
Check and recommend all advance, expenditure and bill/voucher of the Project.
Take necessary initiative to improve professional capacity of staff.
Attend Meeting, workshop, seminar organized by Donor organization or different GO/NGO.
Cooperate in sending progressive reports of different programs timely as required by Donors.
Rapport building with representatives of Donors, GO, NGOs & stakeholders.

Educational Requirements :
Master`s Degree in any relevant subject from reputed university.
Experience Requirements :
3 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
Minimum 3 -5 year(s) in any reputed national/ international NGOs.
Skill in Local and regional level advocacy initiative;
Knowledge and working experience with Primary Education;
Good knowledge about need assessment of training and training conduction
Computer skill (word, Excel, Power Point and other communication skills with typing ability Bangla and English);
Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla;
Knowledge on primary education system.
Ability to plan and optimum use of available resources.
Experience of working in foreign funded project will be an added advantage.
