Responsible to lead a sales team and achieve sales target of Retail Assets within assigned territory. Individual will work in the job grade of Manager to Senior Manager in Chattogram.
- Promote and sale all Retail Asset products through managing a sales force in a region.
- Achieve monthly/ yearly sales target of Retail Assets of assigned region.
- Supervise, monitor and effectively manage sales force of a region and measure their productivity and performance.
- Ensure team building, team development, motivation and performance management of assigned team members.
- Manage and control Non-Performing Asset (NPA) overdue prudently.
- Ensure business risks and controls are well managed.
- Maintain close liaison and coordination with internal stakeholders i.e., CRM, Operations, Legal and others.
- Ensure extraordinary customer experiences for both existing and potential customers.
Educational Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
- At least 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
