FH Association wants to fill three (3) Admin & Monitoring Assistant (A&MA) positions and therefore, inviting applications from eligible candidates.
Job Summary:
The A&MA supports the Area Program Office by carrying out a variety of clerical and administrative program oriented tasks. The A&MA ensures that the Area Program and Community Offices obtain quality service for competitive price & benefit in a timely manner. The A&MA also provides support to the Monitoring and Evaluation of the organization programs but inputting data, conducting surveys, etc.
Undertake day-to-day administrative and procurement-related activities of the region;
Maintain various registers for staff movement, file movement, inventory, distribution, etc.;
Provide all necessary support with the procurement of goods, including collecting and processing quotations, delivery, and making payments, while adhering to all FH policies and procedures;
Manage, maintain, and ensure the security of all area office records, including digital copies of official government records, notices, announcements, and contracts;
Monitor regional agreements (i.e. rental agreement) and process payments as per agreements; share those agreements with the relevant parties;
Maintain and update the area database on local assets, and provide regular reports to the management staff.
Ensure entry of various data for the region, including M&E related data into software;
Assist in conducting baseline surveys, evaluations, and annual project reviews;
Regularly digitize data on different online and offline tools and Compose different as per requirements;
Organize regular refresher sessions with the regional program operations team to enhance skills on web-based program-related platforms like Smart sheet, WL3, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a government-approved college or university;
A Master's degree with relevant training is a plus.
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements :
At least two (2) years of relevant working experience with a National or International NGO.

Ability to travel up to 40% of the time per year, to insecure locations.
