Job Responsibilities :
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Monitoring and assign job to the team members.
  • Increasing Showroom's Retail & Corporate.
  • Responsible for achieving the monthly, half-yearly & yearly sales target.
  • Maintain daily, weekly & monthly sales reports.
  • Develop a relationship with retail clients.
  • Collecting market information and conducting promotional activities.
  • Co-ordinating with Accounts and other relevant departments.
  • Grooming & training showroom sales team members.
  • Build a strong relationship & keep in touch with customers.
  • Ability to handle customer and satisfy them with manner to increase the showroom sales.
Educational Requirements :
  • Minimum Graduation from any reputed University.
  • Skills Required: Fashion House
Experience Requirements :
  • 3 to 6 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 34 years
  • Both males and females are allowed to apply
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Retail Sales and Showroom operations.
  • Applicants having experience Fashion & Design will be given priority.
  • Must be capable of having work under pressure and communication skills.
  • Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships.
  • Outstanding presence of mind with dynamic decision-making capability.
  • Solid analytical abilities, good presentation and convincing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
  • Must have computer proficiency and handling sales related software.
