Conduct different type of training for all employees and maintain a register.
Ensure employee’s right in workplace.
Follow up different issues related to ensuring good health and safe environment in the industries.
Ensure childcare in the facility and lead daycare personnel.
Look after medical center related issues like patient, disease and so on
Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.
Follow up and brief workers regarding the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.
Involve in the manpower recruitment process and take new employees’ orientation
Ensure no physical or sexual abuse in the workplace and ensure employees right as per labor law.
Help HR to handle all kind of HR related Documents and monitor, update workers personal files.
Investigate, follow up and resolve every complaint and grievance.
Counseling the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures, health & safety and discipline.
Handling Grievance, Disciplinary Action and Maintaining registers of Leave. Maintain suggestions box and report to Head of HR. Counselling workers on Late, Absent, Grievance, PPE.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements :
1 to 3 year(s)

Drafting various types of letters, Email , Internet Browsing, MS Office Applications

Age 24 to 30 years
