Job Responsibilities :
  • Be able to guide and implement the set up of the new factory.
  • Coordination of production process and start operation.
  • End to end operations of production Units using available machinery/technology and process norms to ensure smooth, efficient & cost effectiveness.
  • Advise and guide the company about latest machineries and equipments to set up the production plant.
  • Overseeing the development of the factory premise as per the international standard.
  • Start and build a factory operation team to ensure smooth production operation.
  • Coordination with the HQ to understand and plan production as per requirement of the company.
Educational Requirements :
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Skills Required: Factory Operation, Operation, Production
Experience Requirements :
  • At least 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory Operation, Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Food Production, Production/ Operation Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)
Additional Requirements :
  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
Compensation & Other Benefits :
  • T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus
  • Salary Review: Yearly
