Recruit candidates through multiple channels, campus events and other methods
Develop JDs for all staff positions (including required competencies)
Develop assessment materials – competency based written exam questionnaires, practical tests and interview assessment sheets
Conduct market wage survey through primary and/or secondary research
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions on various topics, and to any audience group, and evaluate trainee understanding and trainer performance
Develop and/or administer employee engagement programs
Administer periodic employee satisfaction surveys and generate reports and recommendations
Monitor progress of sewing training center activities
Coordinate with section heads to develop succession plan and upskilling policies and procedures
Arrange for required trainings and knowledge sharing sessions in line with company succession plan
Develop data collection and reporting formats and procedures, in conjunction with ERP and HRM systems
Assist Department Head in drafting PMS and KPI based increment policy and procedures
Ensure that required data for PMS and KPI mechanisms are regularly updated by concerned sections
Redesign JDs through job enlargement
Conduct market wage surveys and propose new remuneration for employees in case of job enlargement
Propose section-wise organogram and required manpower based on estimated workload and JDs
Analyse late, absent, exit interview and migration data and provide suggestions to reduce employee turnover
Analyse data of other departments to identify improvement scopes
Any other duty as assigned by management
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
IBA, Dhaka University,North South University students will get preference
Training/Trade Course: Training of Trainers (TOT),Lean Manufacturing,MS Excel
Skills Required: Analysis, Bangla, Bangla typing, Communication, English Language, English typing, Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements :
At least 2 year(s)
