  • The position of Lab Analyst/Chemist has, as its primary responsibility, professional chemical support for raw materials, in- process materials and finished product quality. He will monitor lab test results, product quality; and provide guidance and coordination to make the necessary adjustments to assure established quality standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities :
  • Over all in-charge of quality assurance department.
  • Look after all the good quality raw material arrangement and confirm with the purchase order and BCIC standard.
  • Direct & Control Q.C. lab.
  • Development in process, product, Quality, System & customer needs.
  • Controlling cost through continuous R&D and trials.
  • Ensuring the result of inspection in accordance with project quality plan.
  • Quality and Inspection of incoming materials, from work inspection, coordination with client for inspection.
  • Preparing and planning the raw material structure as per the management instruction, budget and product demand.
  • Developing the formula to increase the quality of the product.
  • Controlling, analyzing, and improving process parameters variation using statistical techniques for continuous improvements in product quality.
  • Preparation of monthly management report and data analysis as per the higher management requirement.
  • Complete testing of all incoming raw materials like cement, lime, sand, gypsum, coal, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements :
  • BSc/ MSc (Chemistry) from Reputed Public University (DU, RU, CU, SUST, JU).

  • Age at most 30 years
  • Only females are allowed to apply
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply. However, experienced candidate will get preference.
  • Candidates working in cement or block factory as chemist or lab analyst will get preference. knowledge of operating lab instrument will be an asset.
