- Complete system process of all the physically received products from multiple sources
- Ensure proper physically received product completion
- Ensure accurate storing of the received products in stock locations
- Perform accurate received stock in the system and monitor the stock movement
- Keep accurate physically received stock status in the system for further reporting purposes
- Provide a daily summary report of performed in received products
- Maintain the liaison between the other units of the department for further operational excellence
- Maintain outlet required product fulfillment through the internally transfer process
- Tracking daily put away list as per store location
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- 1 year of relevant work experience in the Customer Service or E-commerce Order Fulfillment section
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management
- Knowledge of Modern marketing concepts, digital marketing tools, and marketing strategies
- Familiarity with online and offline media
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
