- Analyze the provided tasks & samples and prepare a loading plan
- Create an effective production plan and monitor the production for timely delivery
- Ensure timely production as per required quality through proper supervision and monitoring
- Confirm receiving the quality raw materials and proper utilization of those as per job order
- Ensure product quality for minimizing cost and rejection/alteration rate during the production process
- Monitor ‘Daily Production Report’ and communicate with the management
- Assist Centre Manager to recruit workers, train and retain the new and existing workers
- Proper utilization of resources and solving problems regarding issues of the wing and sub-center
- Keep a healthy working environment, safety, security and maintenance of the wing and sub-center
Educational Requirements :
- A Bachelor Degree (preferably B.Sc in Textile Engineering) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Previous experience of working in the RMG sector is preferred
- Knowledge of production planning and production planning
- Understanding of Textile and Garments products
- Familiarity with production monitoring and evaluation
- Analytical ability, report writing and problem-solving skills
