A key component of the Product Manager role is ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life.
Monitoring the market and developing competitive analyses.
Defines the product vision, product roadmap, and product positioning.
Creates, maintains, and adjusts the product-line-level strategy and production schedules.
Creates product requirements for the engineering and support teams to bring new products to market or to enhance existing features.
Gathers customer feedback to further improve the product.
Coordinates with respective teams regarding product launch.
Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE( Industrial Production Engineering), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
B.Sc in ME/IPE.
Graduate from any renowned Public/Private university will preferable.
Bachelor’s degree in business, industrial engineering, or a field tied to the product’s sector (tech, finance, etc.) required, master’s in engineering or MBA .
