To Manage the factory Administration, Hashem Flour Mills Ltd. (a sister concern of Sajeeb Group) invites application from competent & potential talents for the position of “Manager-Administration (Factory)”.
The responsibilities of the Manager-Administration (Factory) include but are not limited to the descriptions below:
Ensuring proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall Admin, HR, Compliance & Security function of the factory.
Implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Factory Admin, HR and Compliance functions.
Coordinating with top management and shoulder responsibilities.
Maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, review policies and practices and recommended best practices.
Maintaining liaison with all relevant authorities, such as: law enforcement agencies and different government agencies.
Leading the administration team for security, legal affairs, maintenance of transport and overall logistics issue and develop firefighting system as per overall compliance.
Dealing with grievance handling, counselling and conflict management etc.
Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace, maintaining efficient operation for Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
Supervising the day to day activities of the administration department and factory stuff.
Maintaining & Controlling of all administration issues, utility services, factory equipment & tools.
Ensuring a clean, safe & Secure factory Environment.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration, Factory HR Administration Compliance., Safety and Security Management
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Requirements :
Age at least 35 years

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Thorough knowledge on occupational health, safety and security issues.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of employment-related law and regulations.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality.
Priority will be given those applicants having Knowledge on: - Bangladesh Labor Law, labor rules, factory rules, fire rules and HR policies development & implementation, especially related to manufacturing sector.
