- Job Location: Head Office (Rajshahi).

- Providing dynamic and effective operational activities in daily administrative work.
- Take necessary steps and action for certification and renewal of various license and certificates.
- Maintain good relationship with the emergency service provider like: police, ambulance, fire service etc.
- Handle unexpected situation/incident due to internal or external factors.
- Negotiate/resolve daily problems in administrative issues/works.
- Monitoring the overall vehicle and transportation system.
- Give full administrative support to other departments for smooth operations.
- Follow up employee/labor relation & compliance related works.
- Prepare and Issue office note, office order & circular in respect of Admin issues.
- Arrange Training/Meeting (venue & implementation) as and when required.
- Ensure proper security of Office, Properties, premises & personnel etc.
Educational Requirements :
- MA/MBS/MBA in Management or HRM will get preference
- Post Graduate Diploma in Management or HRM will also be considered.
Experience Requirements :
Additional Requirements :
- Age at most 50 years
- Minimum 15 years in relevant field.
- Sound knowledge in IT.
- The applicants should have experience in the following area (s):
